Membership Rewards
Upon joining membership you will be issued with your very own membership card where you can start earning
points, bonus prizes through the kiosk and take part in all of our daily gaming promotions including our monthly major promotions! Please sign the back of your card immediately in order to further secure your account.
GETTING STARTED!
Now that you have your card, you can start earning Reward Points straight away! Simply insert yourmembership card into any of our 158 gaming machines and start reaping the rewards. Make sure it says
“GOOD LUCK” to ensure you have correctly inserted your card! Through Gaming (excluding Keno and TAB)
Reward Points are generated based on your time played and amount bet. You can also earn Reward Points
by handed over your card when you make purchases at the Bar, Bistro, Coffee Shop & purchasing bingo
tickets. As a member you also receive discounted pricing on our ala carte meals . Once your points go onto
your card, they are stored securely ready for you to use.
WHAT YOU CAN PURCHASE
Reward points can be exchanged for cash, food and drinks or the occasional promotion on a kiosk.Exchanging for Cash is easy! Simply go to any of our 2 kiosks which are located in the Gaming Room. Kiosk
1 is next to the elevator, Kiosk 2 is past the cashier in the back right hand corner. Insert your card and follow
the instructions provided on the touch screen. Our friendly staff are also available to assist you through the
process. Using your Reward Points over the bar or when dining is a great idea. Instead of handing over cash,
you can just let the staff know you would like to “Pay with Points”.
COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE
Just by being a member, you will receive 2 daily complimentary coffees from our coffee machine located inthe Gaming Room. Simply swipe your card and choose your drink – its that easy! For those who don’t drink
coffee there is also tea and hot chocolate available. Sit down with a cuppa and relax.
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
To check your point balance, you can either insert your card into a Gaming Machine and the point balancewill show across the Green screen. Alternatively, insert your card into a kiosk. Reward Points are valid right
up until the 31st of December every year, so make sure that you remember to use them up before that date!
